THE GREEK RESTAURANT — SELLER FINANCING & COMMERCIAL REPOSITIONING
A rundown commercial property on South Dixie Highway in Lantana. Mike walked in, started a conversation with the owner over coffee, agreed to pay his asking price — and negotiated seller financing. The owner became the bank. Mike converted the property into a licensed drug treatment facility. The business is still operating today. Phase 10 covers the full commercial and syndication framework.
